This is catching the MOAM's attention today….. 51 new listings hit the North Shore market in the last 24 hours across John's 29 North Shore towns.
Top towns: Lynn leads the way with 13, followed by Ipswich (4), then Saugus, Groveland and Amesbury with 3 apiece. Lynnfield, Peabody, Swampscott, Salem, Newburyport, Gloucester, Danvers and Beverly each added 2, and Rockport, Boxford, Essex, Salisbury, West Newbury, Merrimac, Hamilton, Rowley and Georgetown each added 1. That's 22 of the 29 towns with something new.
By property type: Residential 30 · Residential Lease (rentals) 12 · Residential Income (multi-family) 4 · Commercial Sale 2 · Commercial Lease 2 · Land 1.
The MOAM's take: Lynn alone brought about a quarter of today's new inventory, and rentals made up nearly one in four new listings, so renters have fresh options heading into the weekend too.
