New Listings Today – North Shore 29 Towns
Sunday morning coffee in hand, the MOAM took a stroll through the new listings….. 9 new listings hit the North Shore market in the last 24 hours, across 6 towns.
Top towns: Lynn leads with 3; Amesbury had 2; Salem, Beverly, Marblehead, and Rowley each had 1.
By property type: Residential Lease (rentals) 7 · Residential 2.
The MOAM's take: a quiet Saturday-into-Sunday stretch, and nearly 8 in 10 of today's new listings are rentals, so renters get the first look this weekend while buyers wait for the Monday batch.
