This is catching the MOAM's attention today….. 43 new listings hit the North Shore market in the last 24 hours, across 17 towns.
Top towns: Newburyport and Lynn lead the pack with 6 each; Beverly had 5; Ipswich and Gloucester had 4 each; Danvers and Salem had 3 each; Middleton and Peabody had 2 each; and Manchester, Rockport, Lynnfield, Rowley, Salisbury, Saugus, Boxford, and Swampscott had 1 apiece.
By property type: Residential 27 · Residential Lease (rentals) 10 · Residential Income (multi-families) 4 · Commercial Lease 1 · Land 1.
The MOAM's take: Newburyport and Lynn sit at opposite ends of the North Shore, yet they tied for the most new listings today, and with 10 rentals and 4 multi-families in the mix, there's something here for renters and investors as well as buyers.
