Top towns: Lynn leads the pack with 13; Peabody had 9; Saugus had 5; Salem had 3; Ipswich, Manchester, Newbury, Topsfield, Rockport, Newburyport, Marblehead, Gloucester, and Beverly had 2 each; and Nahant, Lynnfield, Amesbury, Boxford, Groveland, and Middleton had 1 apiece.
By property type: Residential 35 · Residential Lease (rentals) 13 · Commercial Lease 3 · Land 2 · Commercial Sale 1.
The MOAM's take: Lynn and Peabody together brought 22 of today's 54, about 4 in 10, and nearly two-thirds of everything was homes for sale. A busy midweek for buyers who've been waiting.
