Top towns: Beverly leads the pack with 11; Salem and Lynn had 5 each; Gloucester, Rowley, and Saugus had 4 each; Merrimac had 3; Swampscott, Boxford, Danvers, Lynnfield, Marblehead, Georgetown, and Newburyport had 2 each; and West Newbury, Wenham, Hamilton, Peabody, Manchester, Salisbury, Amesbury, and Middleton had 1 apiece.
By property type: Residential 34 · Residential Lease (rentals) 14 · Land 4 · Residential Income (multi-families) 4 · Commercial Lease 2.
The MOAM's take: Beverly alone brought nearly 1 in 5 of today's new listings, and with 14 rentals and 4 multi-families in the mix, it's a good day for investors as well as buyers.
