New Listings Today – North Shore 29 Towns
This is catching the MOAM's attention today….. 10 new listings hit the North Shore in the last 24 hours, spread across 5 towns.
Top towns: Peabody and Saugus lead with 3 apiece, Lynn added 2, and Beverly and Amesbury each had 1.
By property type: Residential 6 · Residential Lease (rentals) 4.
The MOAM's take: a quiet Saturday on the market, which is normal for a weekend. Fewer new listings means less competition for your attention, so it's a good day to take a close look at the ones that did come on.
