New Listings Today – North Shore 29 Towns
Saturday coffee in hand, the MOAM took a spin through the MLS….. 17 new listings hit the North Shore market in the last 24 hours, across 11 towns.
Top towns: Newburyport leads with 3; Marblehead, Lynn, Rockport and Rowley had 2 each; and Nahant, Salem, Salisbury, Danvers, Peabody and Amesbury had 1 apiece.
By property type: Residential 6 · Residential Lease (rentals) 6 · Residential Income (multi-families) 2 · Business Opportunity 1 · Land 1 · Commercial Lease 1.
The MOAM's take: a quieter Friday-to-Saturday stretch, and rentals matched for-sale homes one for one, so if you're hunting for a lease on the North Shore, this weekend's worth a look. Two new ones right here in Marblehead, too.
