New Listings Today – North Shore 29 Towns
Happy Friday from the MOAM, who's been scrolling the new listings with his coffee….. 40 new listings hit the North Shore in the last 24 hours, spread across 16 towns.
Top towns: Lynn leads again with 6, Beverly adds 5 and Salem 4. Merrimac, Newburyport and Salisbury brought 3 apiece, and Amesbury, Danvers, Georgetown, Ipswich, Newbury and Peabody added 2 each. Groveland, Manchester-by-the-Sea, Saugus and Swampscott each had 1.
By property type: Residential 31 · Residential Lease (rentals) 6 · Land 2 · Commercial Lease 1.
The MOAM's take: the upper North Shore showed up today, with Merrimac, Newburyport and Salisbury putting up 9 between them, and 31 of the 40 are homes for sale heading into the long weekend.
