Well, would ya look at this…. 26 new listings hit the North Shore market in the last 24 hours, and Lynn ran away with it.
Top towns: Lynn 10, Salem 4, then Danvers, Saugus and Swampscott with 2 each. Beverly, Gloucester, Lynnfield, Marblehead, Newburyport and Peabody added 1 apiece.
By property type: Residential Lease (rentals) 12 · Residential 10 · Residential Income (multi-family) 3 · Commercial Sale 1.
The MOAM's take: rentals led the day, with 7 of Lynn's 10 newcomers up for lease, many near King's Beach. Buyers got a healthy batch too, with single-family homes from Saugus to Newburyport and a few two- and three-families for the investors out there.
