New Listings Today – North Shore 29 Towns
This is catching the MOAM's attention today….. 13 new listings hit the North Shore market over the last 24 hours, across 8 towns.
Top towns: Danvers 3, Lynn 3, Gloucester 2, and 1 each in Marblehead, Rockport, Peabody, Groveland and Beverly.
By property type: Residential Lease (rentals) 7 · Residential 4 · Residential Income (multi-families) 2.
The MOAM's take: more than half of today's new listings are rentals, which is typical as we head into the colder months. Buyers who keep shopping through November often find sellers more willing to talk.
