New Listings Today – North Shore 29 Towns
Not for nuthin'….. But….. the MOAM has been watching the feed, and the North Shore woke up busy. 56 new listings hit the market over the last 24 hours, across 18 towns. That's about double a typical morning.
Top towns: Salem 8, Lynn 5, Newburyport 5, then a three-way tie at 4 each for Saugus, Swampscott and Beverly. Danvers, Peabody, Manchester, Marblehead and Salisbury follow, with the rest spread across Amesbury, Rowley, Middleton, Georgetown, Rockport, Gloucester and Ipswich.
By property type: Residential 40 · Residential Lease (rentals) 7 · Commercial Lease 6 · Residential Income (multi-family) 2 · Commercial Sale 1.
The MOAM's take: Salem is out in front with 8, and about three out of four of today's new listings are homes for sale, so there's a nice batch of fresh inventory for November buyers. If you've been waiting for the right one to come along, today's a good day to take a look.
