Real Estate Market is Settling
A quick review of the market in the North Shore of Boston over the weekend showed that prices are being realistically reduced, while sales are continuing at an acceptable pace. Mortgage rates have increased - but not dramatically, and foreclosures are not drastically trending upward.
Looks like a market correction is in process without the wild swings of the past. It's probably safe to invest now if you can negotiate a good deal.
