As I negotiate the daily Rat Race at Nanepashemet Telecom, I come up with an interesting revelation, that I've been aware of all along but rarely practice.... that the only harmonic spot in you life is your immediate present.

When you think of the past, you constantly reevaluate, and when you think of the future you worry about the outcome.... but when you exist solely in the present moment, there is a joy of being that engulfs you.~
It takes a little courage and a lot of practice to let go of the past, and refuse to control the future.
~
But you should try it. A little at a time... as much as you can.
~
The present fusion of past turning into present is really the only reality.... and it's a cool place to hang out.
